Larry’s practice areas and experience are broad-based and include representation of motion picture and television directors, actors, writers, producers, distribution companies and production companies, television executive producer/showrunners, financial institutions and equity investors active in the entertainment industry, book authors and Internet and toy companies. His practice also includes structuring of financing, rights acquisition and distribution arrangements and providing day-to-day production legal services for motion picture, television and Internet productions. In addition, he represents clients in matters related to character licensing, copyright and trademark. He lectures on motion picture and television law.
