Jennifer J. Lynch
Jennifer Lynch is a land use partner in the firm’s Orange County office. She counsels and defends both public agencies and private developers regarding complex state and federal environmental and land use laws, with a special emphasis on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the California Coastal Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.
Before joining Manatt, Jennifer worked as an attorney in the environmental and natural resources practice group of a national law firm, where she was named California Lawyer’s 2017 California Lawyer of the Year in the Environmental Law category.
Prior to her law career, she worked for several years as a land use planning consultant, drafting environmental documents, specific plans and various other land use entitlement documents in compliance with CEQA and other state and federal laws.
A proven thought leader, Jennifer has spoken widely and taught courses on CEQA law and other land use and environmental matters.
