A Manatt team led by Financial Services Partner , Corporate and Finance Partner and Associate represented Orangefin Ventures LLC (“Orangefin”), a leader in blockchain infrastructure specialized in staking services and validator operations, in connection with an agreement for Sol Strategies to acquire three of Orangefin’s blockchain validators and certain other assets. Sol Strategies is a publicly traded company focused on investing in the Solana blockchain and ecosystem, particularly around validator operations, staking rewards and strategic investments.
