Manatt Employment and Labor partner Deborah P. Kelly will speak in a session titled “The Trifecta of Legal Updates: The latest on AI, employment and litigation that affects pharmacy,” at the 2024 National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Foundation’s Total Store Expo in Boston on August 17, 2024 from 9:45 – 10:45 am ET.

The NACDS Total Store Expo is the largest gathering of retailers and suppliers in the health and wellness industry. The Total Store Expo format includes a formal business program featuring renowned experts and speakers. The Expo also includes a variety of Insight Sessions which features industry experts and panels on some of today’s most important issues within the health and wellness sector. These sessions are followed by meetings between retailers and exhibitors in the exhibit hall.
