Appellate Senior Counsel Michael Berger will virtually speak at the Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation 2024 conference hosted by the American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI-CLE) to be held in New Orleans on February 2-3, 2024.

The Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation 2024 conference brings eminent domain practitioners together to examine the latest issues, engage in healthy debate, and get the information they need to stay current in their practice. Berger will give two presentations. The first will be a memorial to the late and former Manatt Counsel Gideon Kanner, a prominent attorney in the eminent domain bar. His second presentation will provide an annual review of the most interesting of the nation’s takings decisions during the last year in a session titled, “Regulatory Takings Update.”
