Manatt government and regulatory partner Brandon Young and associate Jacob Itzkowitz authored an article for Daily Journal about Los Angeles County’s employee-led “Public Health Councils Program,” a new COVID-19 workplace safety compliance monitoring program. In the article, the authors provide an “overview of the county’s implementation plan, focusing on the role [Public Health Councils] could play in the workplace, the third party organizations that may facilitate program implementation, the business sectors that will be prioritized, county enforcement strategies, and what businesses can expect from a risk perspective.”
