Alixandra Gould is a director with Manatt Health, providing strategic guidance and project support to a broad range of health care stakeholders, with a particular focus on the long-term care sector, disability-related services and supports, and the aging economy.

Alixandra joined Manatt from her internship at the Office of Evaluation and Inspections, Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In that role, she assisted with national evaluations of HHS programs and contributed to reports reviewing domestic health policies.

Prior to HHS, Alixandra was an Executive Editor at Oxford University Press, where she led the print and digital content development group for the U.S. reference division.
