Xue Sherry Dai is a Manatt Health manager in the Firm’s Chicago office.

Prior to joining Manatt, Sherry worked as a senior regulatory and policy analyst for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where she researched and analyzed complex legislative and regulatory issues related to Medicare, Medicaid, payment transformation, delivery system strategy and telehealth. She also served as a program associate at a national consumer health advocacy organization, focusing on issues related to health system transformation and Medicaid expansion.
