Thomas Worger is a litigation associate based in the Firm’s San Francisco office. He regularly represents a diverse array of clients involved in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and arbitration. His clients range from individuals and small businesses to public entities and international corporations. Thomas has a decade of experience practicing in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level, as well as representing clients engaged in private arbitration and mediation. His practice often focuses on claims involving intellectual property, real estate and complex business disputes.
Before joining Manatt, Thomas was an associate at a global law firm with an international litigation practice. There, he handled a variety of litigation matters, including securities, business and intellectual property disputes.
Thomas graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served on the executive board of the UC Irvine Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Thomas lived and worked in China and completed graduate study in legal history and comparative law at Columbia University.
