Twenty Manatt professionals were named to Best Lawyers in America’s 2025 “Ones to Watch” list.

A Manatt team, led by Entertainment Partner Monika A. Tashman and supported by Entertainment Associate Bernard A. Mantel, successfully represented three-time JUNO and Grammy-award winning multiplatinum recording artist Chantal Kreviazuk in the sale of select written works to Anthem Entertainment.

This transaction makes it the largest single-catalog acquisition BMG has made since its formation.

Manatt Entertainment Associate Bernard Mantel will moderate a panel session titled “Labels, Indies, and the Artist Services Landscape in 2023” at the Eighth Annual Media & Entertainment Law Symposium hosted by the Fordham Media and Entertainment Law Society in New York City on January 20.
