Manatt’s Thomas Poletti and Veronica Lah, partners on Manatt’s capital markets team, represented Digital Health Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in its $115 million initial public offering (IPO). The SPAC sold 11,500,000 units at an offering price of $10 per unit, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one redeemable warrant. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as the sole book-running manager in connection with the IPO.
Digital Health Acquisition Corp. intends to focus on acquiring established, technology-focused businesses in the health care industry that would benefit from access to public markets and the operational and strategic expertise of its management team and board of directors.
