Law360 quoted Manatt’s Michael Kolber, a partner with Manatt Health, in an article about the Trump administration’s plan to stabilize the Affordable Care Act. While some ACA backers were discouraged by Trump’s proposed rule, Kolber remains hopeful.
“There was a looming crisis, if not a [current] crisis in the individual market, and so taking steps to stabilize it is welcome,” said Kolber. “It’s gratifying that the first action out of the Trump HHS on healthcare reform is to preserve this market.”
