The Hill Extra quoted Manatt’s Patricia Boozang, a senior managing director with Manatt Health, in an article about Kentucky’s pending Medicaid waiver.
“You already have other states saying work requirements are important. You’ll see if Kentucky gets an approval, there are states with conservative governors and conservative legislatures that will be picking it up,” Boozang said.
