Manatt Named to American Lawyer’s A-List Top 20 July 27, 2017 The 2017 A-List – The American Lawyer Manatt has been named to The American Lawyer’s “A-List” ranking of the top 20 law firms in the nation for 2017. The A-List rankings, which The American Lawyer says include “the most elite law firms in America,” are based on results in five areas: revenue per lawyer, pro bono, associate satisfaction, diversity, and, new this year, percentage of women equity partners. In their article, the publication said, “pro bono work and happy associates—plus a solid performance in the new female equity partner category—helped push Manatt into the A-List.” Bill Quicksilver, the firm’s CEO and managing partner, said, “I am particularly proud of this ranking because it reflects so many of Manatt’s core values – achieving strong financial results, providing superior value to clients, investing in and developing our talented professionals, promoting diversity, and making a meaningful difference in our communities and profession.”
