Manatt Appellate Partner Benjamin G. Shatz will interview retired California Supreme Court Justice Ming Chin during the “Bench Stories” program hosted by the Litigation Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, held virtually on March 3, 2023.

Justice Chin is currently a mediator, arbitrator, referee and appellate consultant at ADR Services Inc. and serves the business and legal communities by resolving complex and divisive matters through alternative dispute resolution. He was appointed to the California Supreme Court in March 1996, and retired in August 2020, after a highly decorated and illustrious career marked by exemplary public service.
