David Huard will moderate the state commissioner panel at the Energy Bar Association’s 14th Annual Western Chapter Meeting.

Commissioners from Arizona, Oregon, California, Nevada, Montana, and Washington will discuss emerging issues in the field of energy regulation. The panel will take place as part of the annual meeting of the Western Chapter of the Energy Bar Association in San Francisco on March 6, 2015.
