Digital and Technology Counsel and Director Matthew Reece serves on the Sports Editorial Advisory Board, selected for his work assisting brands, colleges, collectives and athletes navigate the NIL regulatory and business landscape, as well as his experience as the former chief legal officer for an "original six" NHL franchise.
Litigation Partner Naeun Rim was selected for the Trials Editorial Advisory Board for her practice specializing in complex commercial litigation and white-collar disputes serving clients across a variety of industries — including health care, financial services, banking, entertainment and technology.
Appellate Partner Ben Shatz is a member of the Appellate Editorial Advisory Board was selected for his experience briefing hundreds of civil appeals, writs and petitions to every level of the courts, focusing on anti-SLAPP, punitive damages, class actions and unfair competition, among other areas.
