A partner in the firm's Healthcare division, Bachrach has more than 25 years of experience in health policy and financing in both the public and private sectors and an extensive background in Medicaid policy and healthcare reform. She works with states, providers, plans and foundations in implementing federal health reform and Medicaid payment and delivery system reforms. Most recently, Bachrach was the Medicaid Director and Deputy Commissioner of Health for the New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs.

T. Hale Boggs

Boggs is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Finance practice, and he is chair of Manatt Digital Media. He founded Manatt's Silicon Valley office in 1998 and helped establish the San Francisco office in 2007. Boggs' practice focuses primarily on corporate and securities matters, including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public and private securities offerings and joint ventures. He works with companies across the spectrum of their business cycles, from start-up through late-stage, with a particular emphasis on companies in the digital media industry.
Boggs has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2000. In July 2014, he was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's most influential digital media lawyers list. Earlier in the year, the Daily Journal honored him as one of California's top emerging companies lawyers.
