NFL Concussion Settlement Ignores a Significant Class of CTE Victims
Last week the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia approved the NFL concussion settlement over a number of objections. The primary objection involved a conflict of interest between those class members who, fortuitously, were diagnosed before April 22, 2015 and those who were not.
