NY Times and NFL Duel Over Concussion Data
The New York Times last week published some new data indicating major flaws in an NFL concussion study. The NFL immediately attempted to refute this new evidence and impugned the journalism of the Times. The new data may cause the proposed NFL concussion settlement, which is currently being considered by a court for approval, to abort.
