MarketWatch interviewed Manatt's John Libby, co-chair of the firm's Corporate Investigations and White Collar Defense practice, for an article on the Department of Justice's new focus on individual rather than corporate liability in prosecuting business crimes.
Libby said that he thinks the new policy "was issued in reaction to a perception that the DOJ was doing deals with corporations and letting individuals go."
