The Daily Journal quoted Manatt's Donna Wilson, co-chair of the firm's Privacy and Data Security practice, for an article on the increased pressure that clients are putting on outside counsel to protect against cybersecurity risks.
Wilson said cyberinsurance has now become a must-have for the legal industry, but some small firms may have to take more drastic measures. She said firms with very limited resources may have to consider giving up clients that are likely to attract attention from hackers.
