The Wall Street Journal interviewed Manatt's Joel Ario, a managing director with Manatt Health, for an article on the latest figures on state and federal health exchange consumers.
The Obama administration recently said that a total of 10.2 million people signed up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act and paid their premiums by the end of March. Last year the administration said it expected to have between 9.1 million and 9.9 million consumers paid and enrolled in plans through exchanges in 2015.
"Enrollment isn't growing as rapidly as people would have liked, but it's moving forward," said Ario. "The individual market is approaching reliability."
