Contestants from "The Voice," NBC’s blockbuster vocal competition, selected Manatt as legal counsel for the upcoming third season, set to debut in Fall 2012. Manatt, a major player in entertainment and digital media, was one of two firms chosen to represent the show’s group of budding superstars by the 120 contestants themselves, following presentations by top entertainment law firms.
Manatt partners Jeff Biederman, Gary L. Gilbert, and counsel Craig Marshall, will lead the firm’s work on the television series, which includes celebrity musician coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton."The Voice” was the third-most-watched television program in the 18 to 49 demographic for season two.
