We currently have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst.  This individual will work as part of the Business Analytics team and will report to our Senior Manager of Financial Analytics. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining existing reports and data sets, provide support in development of new reporting, and assisting in ad hoc data requests/projects. Additional responsibilities will include working closely with our Practice Management team to support in reporting and analytics.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support regular weekly and monthly reporting
  • Perform data integrity and report accuracy checks
  • Support in testing of newly developed reporting
  • Support Practice Management team in first runs of pricing requests where appropriate
  • Support Practice Management team with write off request data analysis
  • Support Senior Manager of Financial Analytics with Financial Presentations
  • Assist with Ad hoc data requests and projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of analytical experience
  • Professional Services Firm and Aderant experience a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with end users, peers and managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision

The base annual pay range for this role is between $65,000-$75,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.  A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
