Her practice focuses on securing, negotiating, and documenting business transactions, including recording and music publishing agreements, endorsement, branding, merchandising, and licensing agreements, live performance agreements, songwriter agreements, producer and production agreements, side artist agreements, catalog acquisitions, management agreements, festival agreements and distribution agreements. Before joining Manatt, Natasha was an attorney at a New York boutique law firm, where she represented clients in the entertainment industry, negotiating entertainment-related contracts and advising clients as to intellectual property rights in the context of the entertainment business. She has also performed copyright termination analyses for publishers, authors, and their heirs, and negotiated and drafted acquisition agreements involving major music publishing and master recording catalogs.
