Lauren Sears is a Manatt Health manager in the Firm’s Boston office. She has deep experience analyzing and managing large-scale health data initiatives in the public sector.
Before joining Manatt, Lauren served as a manager for health informatics and reporting at the Center for Health Information & Analysis in Boston. In this role, Lauren was a subject matter expert in a variety of work groups with government agencies, specializing in health care expenditure measurement, primary care and behavioral health spending, prescription drug rebates, and cost growth benchmarking.
Previously, Lauren was a graduate fellow for the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission while receiving her M.P.P. Lauren’s public sector background allows her to provide data-driven health care policy recommendations embedded in regulatory expertise.
