David Boyadzhyan is a white collar defense, investigations, and litigation associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. David has worked on complex commercial litigation matters and sensitive internal investigations, including for corporations and their boards of directors. In addition, David has represented individuals and companies in federal civil and criminal investigations.
Before joining Manatt, David worked as an associate for a business trial, appellate, and corporate litigation law firm in Southern California. He handled matters involving fiduciary duty, breach of contract, unfair competition, trade secrets and fraud.
While in law school, David served as an extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Neil W. Bason of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
