Caroline Morelli is a senior manager within Manatt Health. Caroline works with the leading healthcare organizations in Upstate New York to improve financial sustainability and improve and maintain access to critical services for the delivery of patient care in rural markets through strategic project execution throughout New York State. Caroline’s background in strategic planning and operational implementation in the health care industry, provides her a unique perspective when developing strategy and policy recommendations for clients.
Caroline has experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder and interdepartmental strategic projects. Since starting with Manatt, Caroline has successfully managed both small and large client engagements and teams, including oversight of strategic NYS advocacy, regulatory matters and applications for state and federal funding opportunities. Recently, Caroline managed the development of a case study focusing on rural healthcare transformation and the challenges providers face when delivering patient-centered care in a rural setting.
Prior to joining Manatt, Caroline served as Director of Operations at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and as Associate Director of Strategy at Mount Sinai Health System, where she led transformation and change. Caroline has a robust consulting background as a former Vice President at Capital Health Consulting and as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers where she advised providers and pharmaceutical companies on complex business issues.
