Andrew Beshai is a litigation associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.
Andrew is an experienced former federal prosecutor and trial lawyer. He has tried several cases to verdict, and he has significant experience in numerous aspects of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and preparing for trial.
Prior to joining the Firm, Andrew gained experience as an associate at a litigation law firm. He has also served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Central District of California. In addition, he was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in its Civil Rights Division.
Before joining the DOJ, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary H. Murguia, currently the chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Andrew also clerked for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner in the Central District of California.
