Alison Shippy is a director with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory division of Manatt. She provides strategic planning, qualitative research and quantitative analytics for a broad range of health care stakeholders. Her focus is delivery system transformation and health care reform implementation.
Before joining Manatt, Alison was a director at one of the largest health care insurance providers in the United States, providing research into and design and development of innovative payment models.
Earlier in her career, Alison led the development of New Jersey’s next-gen delivery system reform incentive payment program for the New Jersey Department of Health. She also worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Before her time at CMS, Alison held roles with various health care organizations focusing on quality improvement and measurement.
