The Recorder has recognized Manatt's Jordan Bromley, a partner in the firm's Entertainment Practice, as a California lawyer whose career is on the fast track. The publication's second annual "Lawyers on the Fast Track" list honors 50 attorneys who stood out among their peers based on career achievements and leadership roles within their practice, organization or the larger community. Their early accomplishments indicate that they will be tomorrow's top leaders.
Bromley was selected from a pool of 200 nominations around the state. To be eligible, lawyers must have been in their first 10 years of practice.
In its feature on Bromley, The Recorder says he is on the "cutting edge of L.A.'s entertainment industry." It highlights his role in INgrooves' acquisition of Universal Music Group's Fontana Distribution and his work for a wide variety of clients, which include Don Henley and Randy Jackson. Bromley has also formed and developed two artist-management companies.
"One thing that struck us, as we sifted through the nominations, was the determination that many of our nominees displayed," said Recorder Editor in Chief Greg Mitchell. "They knew what they wanted to accomplish in the profession, and they've gone out and made it happen—in some cases, in an astonishingly short time."
