In this webinar, the speakers will address legal and policy issues related to coverage and reimbursement of cell and gene therapies in the United States.  The speakers will speak to issues such as federal requirements requiring coverage of such drugs, limitations on reimbursement, and legal restrictions on innovative payment arrangements.  The webinar will focus on challenges in both the Medicare, Medicaid and commercial markets.
