Manatt Health Partner Edo Banach and Managing Director Linda Elam will speak at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Nuts and Bolts of Medicare and Medicaid 2023” program held in New York and virtually on November 3, 2023.
Banach and Elam will lead and participate in, respectively, the panel session, “New Developments in Medicare and Medicaid; Special Topics in Health Reform.” This panel session will discuss the post-COVID changes to the Medicare and Medicaid landscape, managed care access and potential legislation changes on the horizon. Banach will lead all panel coordination efforts and has spent the past 8 years chairing the Medicare/Medicaid session.
The program will benefit attorneys and allied professionals who either work with some aspect of health care benefit administration or who are interested in understanding these programs for application in their own lives for long-term care or other situations.
