Manatt will sponsor the Novogradac 2019 New Markets Tax Credit Spring Conference, which will be held on June 6–7 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. The annual conference attracts investors, community development entities and developers from across the country to discuss legal and strategic tactics for maximizing the impact of NMTC investments.

Megan Christensen, a partner in Manatt’s tax practice, will speak on the panel “NMTC Legal, Tax & Structuring Issues Roundtable.” The workshop will explore the issues that developers and investors often encounter in NMTC transactions.
