The Association of Corporate Counsel’s National Capital Region chapter will host its annual Signature Luncheon on Ethics, featuring speakers from Manatt. This year’s topic is “Ethics in Employment Matters – What Are In-house Counsel’s Ethical Obligations?” This seminar will examine ethical issues that in-house counsel often face when addressing the myriad issues that arise in the workplace, including joint representation issues, unauthorized practice of law concerns, ethics in mediation, internal investigations and more.
