Leader of Manatt’s Real Estate Transactions and Finance practice Anita Famili was recognized on GlobeSt’s 2024 Women of Influence list, which spotlights talented women who have made significant accomplishments in the commercial real estate industry.
Also leading the Firm’s Cannabis and CBD practice, Famili was recognized for her unique work intersecting between real estate and the cannabis and CBD industry. She was highlighted for representing a top-selling cannabis brand in its development of a cannabis consumption lounge in West Hollywood as well as representing Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in the sale of the Westfield Mission Valley Shopping Center in San Diego. In the past year, she has led Manatt’s real estate team in negotiating the acquisition and development of many regional warehouse facilities.
