Professional Background
I advise clients of all sizes on various employment, personnel management and operational issues, helping employers navigate and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of employment law. This includes advising management on how to scale—from 10 to 100 to 1,000 or more employees—in a way that mitigates the risk of costly employment litigation down the road. To that end, I work closely with management on hiring and termination decisions, internal investigations, employment policies and compensation plans, among other things.
In addition to my advisory practice, I represent employers in all aspects of employment litigation (single plaintiff and class-action) before state and federal courts, government agencies and arbitration tribunals.
