Marlee Ickowicz is a senior analyst with Manatt Health Solutions (MHS), an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory division of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. She provides policy analysis, project implementation support and strategic business services to healthcare providers, insurers, foundations and other healthcare stakeholders. Ms. Ickowicz’s project work focuses on a wide array of issues impacting the healthcare sector, including public health insurance programs, health information technology, and federal and state health policy trends.
Prior to MHS, Ms. Ickowicz worked as a project coordinator for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Adult Education. In this position she provided research and policy analysis to senior-level mayoral staff to help coordinate workforce and education policies across 13 city agencies. She also managed a citywide initiative to help adult learners reach educational milestones. This included developing a website, overseeing funding distribution and leading several focus groups.
