    Profile

    Barrie VanBrackle practices in the payments transaction business, with an emphasis on electronic payments, banking, and payment card network regulatory and data security, as well as federal and state data privacy and security matters. 

    Ms. VanBrackle advises financial institutions, payment processors, companies across a wide variety of industries, and other service providers regarding their contractual, transactional and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on compliance with federal and state payment, banking and privacy laws, data security, data privacy, information services, and electronic commerce, as well as payment brand compliance, including responding to data security breach incidents.

    In addition, Ms. VanBrackle has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, structurings and financings.

    Ms. VanBrackle holds the AV (Preeminent) rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
