Ms. Hsu's practice focuses on transactional real estate law for a broad array of clients, including sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, developers and other users of real estate.
Her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions including, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and office leasing, development transactions and other property ownership and management-related matters.
Ms. Hsu has extensive experience representing an alternative energy client in a wide range of real estate and development matters, including the acquisition of real property comprising the project site and easements related to electrical transmission lines and gas pipelines.
