    Profile

    A significant portion of Ron Grodzinski’s practice focuses on representation of U.S. and international firms involved in public contracts, including in the technology, transportation, engineering/design, infrastructure and construction sectors.  This includes negotiation and drafting of agreements involving traditional project delivery methods as well as design-build and public-private partnership; contract administration; claims analysis and avoidance advice; and dispute resolution.  Mr. Grodzinski has a broad array of complex business litigation experience including with respect to health care, technology, engineering, design and construction matters in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution.
