Program Description:
This program is designed especially for attorneys who are launching an employment law career, expanding their employment law practice, or transitioning to the practice of employment law. Experienced attorneys will guide you through the complexities of this exciting and constantly developing practice area. You will learn key concepts and issues about the employment relationship; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; leaves of absence; reasonable accommodation and the interactive process, and wage and hour.
