Won Park is an associate in the Business, Finance & Tax division in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Park's practice focuses on corporate transactions with an emphasis on New Markets Tax Credit financing transactions. She represents investors, lenders, borrowers and community development entities in transactions that utilize federal tax credits as an investment feature.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Park was an associate at an independent power company and energy marketer, where she worked in the group that developed domestic power plants. She focused particularly on coordinating applications for Federal Incentive programs and managing document flow between internal and external teams. Before that, she worked at an international law firm as a project finance associate.
