    Profile

    Todd Nelson is an associate in the Real Estate & Land Use practice group in the Los Angeles office.  Prior to becoming an associate, Mr. Nelson held the position of Senior Land Use Planner at Manatt.  He has extensive experience in the land use entitlement process, including due diligence research of properties, preparing land use entitlement applications for submittal to public agencies, working with agency staff members, coordinating entitlement and due diligence activities with civil engineers, environmental consultants, architects, and other project team members and monitoring pending legislation.

    Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. Nelson worked in the affordable housing and public policy research fields.
