Paula Hufschmid is an associate in the Business, Finance & Tax division in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial transactions, public and private securities offerings, and other financial services matters.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Hufschmid advised companies across a wide range of industries, including securities brokerages, healthcare, information technology, entertainment and consumer retail.
