    Profile

    Noel Cohen is a partner in the firm's Litigation Division. His practice focuses on commercial complex litigation, employment litigation, antitrust litigation, class action defense, intellectual property litigation and entertainment and sports law.

    Mr. Cohen has represented clients in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings throughout the country. He is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal. Mr. Cohen also provides strategic advice to clients in connection with a variety of legal and regulatory matters, including proceedings before state and federal agencies.

    Mr. Cohen’s clients include companies of all sizes and a range of industries, including sports and entertainment, financial services, healthcare, real estate, insurance and nonprofits.
