Biography

Rhys Cheung is an associate in the Litigation division in the Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on patent infringement litigation, in addition to drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and other foreign jurisdictions. Ms. Cheung’s experience includes prosecuting patent applications in the technical areas of computer networking, database management, search engines, distributed computing, web services, software applications and electronic devices. Ms. Cheung was formerly a litigator in the area of insurance law.
